I have a large combat knife I carry in my car is that illegal?
If I say use it for hunting or skinning then is it legal to carry it in my car? Because then don''t have proof of intent?
The law states that the driver of any vehicle is responsible for the items it contains. Legally, the police could charge you with unconcealed weapon, if they wanted.
