Do law enforcement have to present a search warrant to you before checking your house?
If law enforcement want to search your house, do they have to have a warrant right then, or can they just ask you, and if you say yes, they search?
If you access a search by ok, then you should also state what area is ok to search, or the whole house becomes open to search.
When a warrant is issued, it for a search of the premise or a certain area believed to house illegal materials (ie, computer, kitchen, bedrooms etc.)
Usually a search warrant will be granted when asked for and will stipulate what is being looked for.
