1928 fifty dollar bill?
Hi, I have a 1928 fifty dollar bill. No stars on it (I think that is one thing that makes it more collectible?
It does have a slight crease down the center where it has been folded in half and the edges are slightly wrinkled, other than that in great shape. Also the back side of it is a weird green (but I know it is not a fake as I got it from a bank several years ago).
Thanks for your help...hope I provided enough info!
Hi, thanks for your response....it does have that printed on it....any idea if it has any value other than the obvious $50?
and it is "D" series
yes I realized that it was not a "D" series after I posted....it is series A...thanks for your response!!!
There is no series 1928D $50 note they made a series 1928 and a series 1928A. if you mean the Federal Reserve District is a D and a #4 then it was made for the FEB in Cleveland Ohio for that is the forth district and a D is the forth letter. The Cleveland district is not one of the scarce ones for the series 1928. The note sells for $100 in grade fine and $400 in grade extra fine yours is closer to the grade of fine. Dealers pay at least 40% less.

En una respuesta y sin ver hacia 1850. De mayo y ser mayores y es la ballena grabado en el mango. El mango es más que probable que la ballena o la foca de Marfil y si yo fuera usted me los lleve a un museo.
