Don't you love the smell of a girl when she gets out of a shower?
The fragrance of lilac, lillies, a fresh morning dew, perhaps persimmons or holly berries or a sweet honeysuckle rose;
The newness of spring or a wild mountain river,
or perhaps the smell of a snowfall on a dark moonless night.
The brush of a spring rain against the bark of a tree,
or a newly plowed field of barley or wheat;
Or a September....
...of course I've only experienced this with my grandmother.
that's because so many shop at bath & body, the best place for smell good. for the women out there it would be nice if there was a store like that out there for men, then they wouldn't go around smelling like a bar of soap

Are there running socks for sprained ankles?
I was training for a marathon until about three months ago when I severely sprained my left ankle. I have finally gotten back to where I think I can run on it, but when I run with ankle braces, after a mile or two the ridge created by the brace inside my shoe starts feeling more and more painful until I have to stop just from that non-sprained ankle pain. I don't want to run without the extra support on my ankle, but I don't want a brace. Do they make socks that serve this purpose. I have read about compression socks, but they seem more about circulation in your calves, not about about ankle support. Any advice from runners who have dealt with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
you dont need thicker socks although you can get them. i suggest you take a cotton ball and a piece of tape put it where the brace rubs against your skin and you will be fine, or just stack a few bandaids on there. take some time off for it to get better before you make it worse though. or you can just keep doing this (but not as often if it is getting worse and worse by the weeks.) then your skin will form a callous which means your skin is hardening then it wont bother you anymore. or get a type of brace that doesnt do that. well these are all just options its up to you what you want to do. good luck with running and i hope your ankle gets better
