Sword training in Australia?
I just brought a katana, a fact the one hand (not cast steel shit eBay) and I wonder how to use swords from sword-play, fighting has been a passion of mine for a long time, I could not do before. I do karate, and teach you brandishing weapons / techniques / Kata 's (katana - BO - tonfu - Both etc), etc, but when you reach Black Belt stage and for me that even a minimum 6 years away, but i cannot wait that long lol Does anyone know where I can train how to use a sword around any of these areas: Hunter Valley Newcastle Sydney Central Coast the first 3 places would be much preferred. Can anyone help? PS: If you do not know then do not answer!
Next month April - 23-25th, 2010, I am organizing a festival in Sydney Sword. There will be training for the sword of various styles. We hope Japan is one of them. You will have to start to save several hundred dollars to attend, but I'm sure a good number of Japanese-style swordsmen of the areas that you mentioned, will attend. An update on this event http://www.facebook.com/groups.php?ref=sb Facebook group # / group.php? Gid = 70755348127 I suggest you follow the news joins Festival of the Sword, and rising. Advertising has just begun. On the other hand, if you have a martial arts teacher who is proficient in the sword, I would not advise going against of their desires, so please ask. Your teacher is responsible for his martial training. It may also be the case that he has not studied the sword and is happy to help you find that part of their training elsewhere.

Benchmade Snipe Folder is becoming a favorite among the military and emergency personnel alike. With a practical design and affordability, there is no reason not to be so dear. These are my opinions about the knife:
What I like about the knife:
1. Soon less than 4 inches (3.97), points falling amended style sheet is the perfect length both for tactical and everyday wear civilian legal. My knife was razor sharp from the box and has had no problem keeping its edge after several weeks of use.
2. The fingers of excellent protection the lack of blocking. Blocking Levitation is a proven design that are sustained, even after years of hard work.
3. The molded grip feels very comfortable in the hand and protects you drop the knife or your finger slips on the sheet.
4. Jimping or thumb grooves on the back of the blade allow you to make delicate and precise cuts effortless.
5. You can get the Benchmade Snipe with a normal or half serrated edge. You also have the option of a black powder coated with leaf, which serves as a non-reflective of the police or military.
What turns me off:
I would like to offer the shot Benchmade with alternate style sheet, such as a clip or a point either with a sheet a little longer.
Overall:
With a suggested retail value $ 50, Benchmade Snipe Folder is a great value for money. Get this knife and have a workhorse that will last many years.
