Are some bone knife handles really? and if they are what animals?

I want to have a car key that has a jack knife handle instead of the lame black one?
okay so i have a new Honda civic. the key looks like this :

so basically what i want instead of the black key handle is this knife handle

I dont care about the lock/unlock button i kust want to have the key attached to a jackknife handle. can anyone tell me if this is possible and where would i need to go to get this done?
You can machine it yourself if you have the ability and know how, other wise never seen or heard of any one doing it , they were happy with what they have.
