Is it always can use a knife in self defense?
In the last two years I have been coming down with various serious diseases with no apparent reason and my body has become much weaker. So I decided to put my efforts in weapons training and further advance the art of physics (kung fu, wrestling, ct e). Iam practicing Arnis and military combat tactics training knife. Iam protection laws knowledgeable about himself (without weapons) but unarmed. What are the laws given the knives for self-defense. I hope not to get into a situation where I absolutely have to use it, but would be good to know to protect myself.
This sound crazy imay on the surface, but it's true and I'll explain why in a moment. While I am not advising arm in violation of any law, I will say that it is less of a violation in most jurisdictions to carry a concealed weapon is a knife or a club or hitting or stabbing weapon. The reason is that most people use a knife or other weapon much more quickly than the will of a firearm because of the belief that others are not as deadly weapons. Wrong. In addition to a gun has a tendency to resolve a situation as it is to show that knives and guns and can not strike often, merely modify forms of combat taking place, and so are less dangerous for that reason. Of course, once a firearm is involved, often there is only one way for that the final situation. My personal advice to you is, or to obtain a license to carry a gun and become very proficiient their safe handling and use, so as not to be a danger to innocent people, or if you carry a knife legally do. Most states allow people with no felony convictions for carrying a knife while is open to view and transported in a case or another case designed to hold a knife and suspended from the waistline of the user. Finally, a conversation with local police will go a long way toward helping you know what to do in their individual circumstances.
