The first time you have the blood results back for a positive test?
The first time you have the blood back to the results were positive and what were their numbers? I am a weak BFP on Friday and 5 positive tests later ... I went for a blood test yesterday. My hCG again 106 and progesterone was 28. Doctor seemed happy with those numbers. She said that only means that I am beginning about 4 weeks. I have my first appointment 6 weeks 9 March. What do YOU think?
I think the numbers are fine. It is not the real number that matters is whether or not the numbers are doubling every 48 hours.

There have been numerous attempts to reproduce the Shroud. Another was announced recently by an Italian scientist present in a paranormal conference. It seems only the latest of many such attempts and was funded by the Italian association of atheists and agnostics.
As of this writing all details of their image not yet available. According to press reports, which had a voluntary, covered in red ocher pigment, along with a mild acid solution. The body was wrapped. After leaving an imprint on the ocher which is heated to simulate aging and then washed to remove pigmentation. The result is an image that looks like Shroud. The claim is that by using materials available in the Middle Ages, shows the Shroud is a medieval forgery. Is that the case?
One of the things shown by ample evidence that the pigment is not responsible for the image. We will not know what they have actually succeeded in making samples available until for examination under a microscope. The problem with such that all attempts to use reverse engineering to recreate a cover similar to the image is not an argument credible. We can make artificial diamonds that looks real, but still not a real diamond. Doing something that looks like the Shroud does not prove to be a medieval fraud.
The classification criteria are very specific. The image must be so shallow that penetrates only the first two microfiber on the depth of a single bacteria. There can be no coloration beyond the crowns of the fibers and not the image on the side of the fibers or by virtue of the fibers. This requires a microscope to validate. The image must prove a negative image and accurate information also has the exact distance where the body parts still reveal an image, although not in direct contact with the fabric of the distances of up to 4 cm. However, this is only half the problem. There are two sets of images: body image and the image of the blood.
Interestingly, there is no image in the blood that the order of events is the blood of the first followed by the image. This is the correct sequence, if is true, but almost impossible for an artist. As such, according to the article, adding in the blood after the image was already created. That fact alone invalidates your claim.
Another interesting fact is that blood on the Shroud is not painted with blood. They do not just go out and kill a goat and painting blood on the canvas. Chemistry blood is very specific. It is the blood of real injuries. We see no blood, exudates see blood clot, the blood from the wound. Too few red blood cells, since they seem to be in the body that form the clot. We see blood components, such as bile, bilirubin, heme, serum, not whole blood. Part of flowing blood before death, but most after death. The wound of hand and puddles of blood through the lower back are post-mortem blood flows ... flowing blood after death and show a clear separation of blood and serum. Even the whip marks on the back revealed an effect distinctive halo to ultraviolet light, where blood leaving a ring contracted blood serum clear. There is also evidence of the seriousness that these wounds were inflicted, while the body was upright. Blood also has a high content of bilirubin, which have been liberated in the blood under conditions of severe stress. Bilirubin is bright red, which also explains why most of the blood of the Shroud still has a reddish tint rather than turn black blood usually occurs with age.
There is more evidence by forensic specialists and forensic doctors indicates that the body was in the Shroud Santa and the dead body of the wounds that stain the fabric. How did the picture there is anyone's guess but one thing is certain, the blood was on the cloth before the image. This fact alone invalidates this recent affirmation of success falsify the image of the Shroud.
