Pastlife regression is not new, although it is true that his popularity has grown significantly in recent years due to the increase in New Age activities. And While many people choose to have Pastlife Regression Therapy for no other reason than curiosity, it really offers many different benefits offered to welfare and personal development of clients.
(i) Provides a deeper understanding of self, explaining why you may react to certain people, places and situations in the way they do.
(ii) has the potential to reduce - if not eliminate - the phobias, stress related pain, psychological and emotional behavior problems.
One of the most interesting effects of Pastlife Regression Therapy can be found in people who believe that his memory is only your imagination by creating an elaborate story or a fantasy setting, because these people still achieve the same benefit results as the people who believe 100% that have lived before in numerous ways.

Gavin (curiosity)
Gavin told me that he had always been drawn to Celtic history and was sure he had had a previous life as a Celtic warrior. After taking him to a deep state of relaxation I started asking questions about their appearance, location and timeline. As a result Gavin described one of the more detailed accounts of memory pastlife I've seen. But I soon realized that he had nothing to do with the Celts!
However, it gave an impressive account of his life as a "beaver traps," in North America during the late 1700s. Not only to provide information in depth about the indigenous tribes who traded with him also gave graphic descriptions about their cheating, including what was done and the best parts of the River to set them. Added to this, he gave an insightful decription of aboriginal women who married and every corner of the home they shared ... a house had built himself.
The complexities of remembering how Gavin was impressive and was beyond anything that can be seen on TV or read a book. And yet, when it was finished, was devastated I had not thought to be a Celtic warrior. I eventually managed to calm him down saying he did not mean I had never had a life as a Celtic ... not only in that session!
What is interesting here is the way it shows that even when someone has a strong pre-conception of who / when / where, who had a previous life before regression therapy, the subconscious mind, invariably will direct you to the memories of a lifetime that is most relevant to their current living situation ... through them offereing answers and solutions.
Claire (phobia feathers)
This woman had two young sons and was very concerned that it could happen-because of its irrational fear of them. The fact she lived in an occupied city with a large pigeon population, made even a simple shopping trip traumatic.
During its first session Claire Liftime reminded that it had during the 1800s on a plantation in a place she called "Charlestown, where he had been the daughter of a slave black. At first I said her name was Tilly and I was 8 years old. She gave good clear information about their appearance, family and home life, etc.
Next he began to tell me how men of the plantation will be held regular cock-fighting in one of the old barns. As a gift - his words not mine - their father let her go with him occasionally. It was in one of those nights that a cock had jumped into a series of squawks and feathers and lacerated his face with his sharp spurs. As result of his disfigurement, Tilly had never married or had a Famiy own. Not only had taken the deep physical scars for the rest of that life, she had also carried the psychological scars through it.
Claire went on to describe his life as a black slave in great detail and clarity ... to the point that it had completed course in old age.
During his last session he had organized several small bottles sealed in the center of the table. Each bottle held a pen in different sizes and color inside. Imagine the surprise for Claire - not to mention the joy - when realized at the end of session that had been handling the jars indifference during our conversation, no need for me.
Approximately month after Claire had returned home, I received a letter from her saying how they regularly took their children to feed the ducks at the local park, now ... something you never thought possible, before remembering his memoirs pastlife. Although Claire may want to keep a pet bird, regression therapy had helped him to regain control of your life today. Just realize that their fear is of origin in a previous life had helped him to recognize he had no right to interrupt their life today!
