There is and has been an ongoing civil war between government and cartels drug for years. Civil vigilante groups who want the drug cartels to stop killing its people are involved. It's brutal. Most people are not conscious, unconscious, and just hate Mexicans from any and all reason. What is the solution? If the funds in the United States government Mexico to fight drug traffickers.
