I cut my finger while cutting raw meat. I'm 34 weeks of pregnancy. Trying to squeeze as much blood as possible from the court, then I washed with liquid untibacterial and put plaster on it. But I still worry that I could catch salmonella or listeria. How dangerous do you think you can be?
You will be fine. Salmonella is associated with raw poultry, and still is very rare in the United States due to the high standards in the meat packing industry. The fact that raw meat does not automatically which is a carrier of a disease. Millions of Americans (including me!) Eat light to medium / low beef every day without adverse effects. Sounds like you took precautions on cleanliness and good wound care. Unless you see is infected, or has some strange gastrointestinal symptom, there is no need to worry or call a doctor.
