I recently purchased a bone knife. the blade is dull, but the point is strong. Now I get to my problem. I have a regular knife sharpener, but I am reluctant to use on my bone knife because it was planned for the metal. if I use my knife will damage or weaken the sheet? or I bother to sharpen?
