Skiillet In a nonstick medium heat, melt 2 teaspoons margarine medium heat. Add onion, saute until tender, about 5 minutes. 2. Remove heat form the pan. Add rice, 1 / 4 cup broth, cheese, and thyme. Mix well. 3. With a sharp knife, cut a deep horizontal pocket in each chop. Spoon rice mixture into the pockets, dividing evenly. Openings insurance with toothpicks. 4.
