Why Tai Chi has become a weak art of this century. Was not it always?
I train in Tai Chi and through her I've learned Dim Mak and the explosive power (fajing). It is a brilliant martial art, but I see professionals do something that just looks weak and ineffectual. Why or how could this happen! This century, as in the 1900s and I guess, ohhh and another thing. A large number of practitioners of karate and kung-fu also see Tai Chi as an activity inneffective new era. Not a true martial art that Chuco tard, I think its a rant. I love Tai Chi and I think that developing great power, but not by a lot of hippies who train in it giving it a weak representative.
Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art weak. It is a soft style invented by Taoist "the Wudang" Priests of Wudang Mountain. Tai Chi is perceived by many of the elderly, students, enthusiasts and New Age, since the practice gradually in parks and yoga studios. But Tai Chi Chuan is a very effective martial art for self-defense of the street.

We all take breathing for granted, is obviously something we have to do to sustain life. It's so normal for us to be alive or dead, or is it?
Learn to relax
How many of us really have time to breathe and think about how it really correct breathing can do for us. The breathing exercises of tai chi are particularly useful way to support precise breathing easily. In total diaphragm to breathe properly is fully appointed, which will help us to fully utilize the lungs.
Educate us, just breathing is required if you want to be in good shape physics. Most Westerners tend to breathe too shallow, depriving the body of vital oxygen needed for vital cell rejuvenation. Breathing Exercise 1

5-10 minutes of daily practice of breathing
Sit in a chair with your back straight and chin tuck in Keep your head straight, and with the top of his head tilted up slightly bent forward, put your legs and feet on the floor shoulder distance. Make sure your posture is good and the level of his shoulders and not tense. Place the palms right over left in his lower stomach region. Make sure your underarms are open and the arms are maintained in a curved position.

Count one to breathe, then position and breathe out. Continue until you reach the count of ten and back to one again. If you lose count or approach, please return to again and continue. You can keep your eyes open or closed for this exercise. After a little practice your whole body will be much more relaxed and breathing will deepen the lower abdomen.
