Mobile Home roof needs to be re-sealed.Should I use the older tar w / aluminum particles or the new acrylics?
I know I need Arond to seal all the vents, so I'll do the roof figue. I can not seem to find anyone who can tell me if the most recent layers reflecting yearr work on my 25-old roof. They are twice the price, but presumably the last 3 or 4 times longer. I am sure they will work on flat stretches, my concern is that the roof is folded over the edge and joins the sides.
I've been researching this exact question to my job as maintenance manager. Our building is 500,000 square feet of metal roof (leaking).
