Is it illegal anywhere to carry a knife tactics?
I emphasize folding. It's not a knife. FOLDING. I live in Minnesota, thanks =]
It depends on the length. In Missouri, a knife with a blade of 4 inches has been considered a "deadly weapon" and you can not carry concealed.
Police officers, firefighters and military personnel around the world trust their lives to this knife on a daily basis.
El Vaquero comes with a 3,4,5 or 6 inches leaf and all models are quite jagged. Recently took a 6-inch model, which is appropriately named "Vaquero Grande. These are my honest thoughts on the knife.
What I like the knife:
1. The lockback mechanism has been tested to hold over 100 pounds of direct pressure. You need not worry about the lock is not on you even after many years of hard use.
2. The fully serrated blade has a distinctive "S" that offers exceptional cutting power. This knife will cut through boxes, cable or fiber material like butter.
3. Cold Steel uses a deeply Zytel handle tables which gives a superb no-slip grip. Thumb grooves in the back of the blade help to strengthen the Chainsaw Cowboy "as the power cut.
4. Each Vaquero comes with a stainless steel clip pocket, which is easy on your pocket. It can also be replaced if it ever breaks.
5. Cold Steel sells a "Lansky blond sharpener is specifically designed to match the pattern Serrated Vaquero series. This makes it a breeze to sharpen their Vaquero.
What I liked:
I love how the cold steel Vaquero and desire to be offered with a smooth edge. I personally enjoy fully serrated leaves, but I know some of you are not too crazy about them.
